
Score community service hours while having a blast! We have some fantastic opportunities to fit your interests and schedule. These volunteer programs are for teens (14 - 18 years old) only.
Fill out the volunteer application by June 20th. Make sure to check the Teen Programs checkbox.
Crafting for a Cause
Hone your crafting and making skills while helping local charities! Each month features a different project for a different organization. Pick up your kit with all the supplies and tools from the library within one week of its availability. Then, return the tools and completed project in time for the next month's kit! Projects this round include handbound and notebooks and a project TBA.
Kit Pick-Up Dates (Please retrieve kit within 7 days of its release):

Writers In Residence
Calling teen writers! This summer make your dreams come true as you become published in the Forest of Words anthology book and earn volunteer hours for writing. You will even get to star at the book premiere party where you will read some of your work and sign copies of the book!
Meetings: Wednesdays, July 9 - August 14, 3:30 - 4:30 PM via Zoom
Ghost In The Library
Score volunteer hours by embracing your ghostly side! Dress up as one of the local Stratford ghosts at our Ghosts in the Library event on Friday, August 8th 7:30pm - 8:30pm. Meet over zoom once a week to practice telling your ghost's story and inhabiting their character before the event.
