Crafting for a Cause

Hone your crafting and making skills while helping local charities! Each month features a different project for a different organization.

Pick up your kit with all the supplies and tools from the library within one week of its availability. Then, return the tools and completed project in time for the next month's kit!

Participants must be in grades 9 - 12 (those who will be starting grade 9 in the fall are eligible).

Projects this fall include heart fleece tie pillows and cat scratchers.

Kit Pick-Up Dates (Please retrieve kit within 7 days of its release):

  • Thursday, July 18
  • Thursday, August 15

To join, fill out the volunteer application (make sure you select the Teen Program checkbox) by July 4th.
