Our Space is Your Space
Library space can be rented for meetings, workshops, etc. It cannot be rented for private events such as birthday parties.
Insurance is needed for all space rentals. If the renter does not have insurance, it can be purchased through the library.
Room rentals can be placed up to 6 weeks in advance of the event date.
Library Auditorium
About the Space:
- Accommodates up to 80 people (chairs only) or up to 60 people (table and chairs)
- May be set up for lectures, meetings, displays, workshops, or receptions
- Includes a SMART Board with HMDI hookup
- No kitchen facilities are available, food may be brought in
- Set up and cleanup is the responsibility of the person(s) or group(s) renting
Fees:
- co-sponsored events, City of Stratford, and County of Perth: free
- non profit organization: $75/day; $50/five hours or less
- private or commercial: $150/day; $100/five hours or less
