Are you looking to host a meeting or workshop? When not in use for library programming, the bright and cheerful library auditorium is available to be rented.
Room rentals can be placed up to 90 days in advance of the event date.
Library Auditorium
About the Space:
- Accommodates up to 80 people (chairs only) or up to 60 people (table and chairs)
- May be set up for lectures, meetings, displays, workshops, or receptions
- Includes a SMART Board with HMDI hookup
- No kitchen facilities are available, food may be brought in
- Set up and cleanup is the responsibility of the person(s) or group(s) renting
Fees:
- co-sponsored events, City of Stratford, and County of Perth: free
- non profit organization: $15 per hour or $75 for a full day
- private or commercial: $30 per hour or $150 for a full day
