Volunteer Applications DUE June 20
Score community service or high school volunteer hours for teens ages 14 - 18. (You can start this summer if you're entering grade 9 next year.) This summer we're looking for ghosts, painters, crafters, and writers. Check out our volunteer page for a description of each and to apply.
Ignite Your Summer: Teen Instagram Photography Contest

Each week this summer, we’re throwing down a new photo challenge just for teens (Grades 8 - 12) — and yes, there are prizes. Head to Ignite Your Summer for details, rules, themes as they're announced, and how to join. Themes are announced every Monday afternoon -- the winner is chosen and announced the following Monday morning.
Young Adult Loot Packs
Pick up July 7 and August 11
TEENS in grades 8 - 12: Turn Reading into a Gift with Y.A. Loot Packs! Each pack is filled with 3 YA books (genre of your choice), craft or game, candy or nifty-gifty. Return the books -- keep everything else. Register now!
Tween Lit Kits
Pick up July 16 and August 20
TWEENS in grades 4 - 7: Summer reading just got more exciting! Get a specialty bag once a month filled with 3 awesome books, goodies (like candy, buttons, or stickers), a craft or activity. Return the books -- keep everything else. Register now!
Dungeons & Dragons Escape Room
July 21, 22, and 23 | Times slots 2:15 to 7:45 PM
The annual summer reading Escape Room is back -- with a D&D theme! With your party of up to 5 players, solve clues, and discover the ancient magic scroll to escape the Dark Lair in just 30 minutes.
Ghosts In The Library
Friday, August 8 | 7:30 - 8:30 PM
An exclusive after-hours event where some of our favourite local ghosts (dressed in period costumes, thanks to the Stratford Festival) will be haunting the library. Wander the stacks, find the spirits, and hear their eerie tales... just be sure they don't follow you home! (Best suited for ages 9+.)

Teens Stitch This (12+)
Wednesdays in July (2, 9, 16, 23) | 2:00 - 4:00 PM
This teen sewing drop-in is a fun, hands-on series where teens can explore different ways to get creative and work with fabric. Each week brings something new — whether it’s hand stitching, using sewing machines, or diving into a cool decorating project!
