Teen Maker Marketplace

Calling high school artists and makers! The annual tradition for high school artists and makers is back!

LEARN to start a small business!

RECEIVE valuable volunteer hours!

MAKE MONEY from your creations!

Have you ever wanted to make money from your creations? Sign up for the Teen Maker Marketplace and we can help you make it happen. Receive volunteer hours for weekly trainings, and preparing to sell, as you learn the ins and outs of creating a small business. At the end of the program, you'll star in your very own vendor show, to utilize your new skills, and make money from your hard work.

Apply to be a part of this program with the webform below by MONDAY MARCH 16th at 11:59pm.

Interviews will take place the week of March Break (16th - 20th)

Successful applicants will be notified on Monday, March 23rd so that you will have approximately one month to start building up stock (art, jewelry, crafts, etc.) to sell at the vendor show before the program begins on Tuesday, April 14th. You will receive a lump sum of community service hours for building up your stock of items to sell.

Virtual meetings take place on Tuesdays from 6:30 - 7:30 PM on the following dates:

  • April 14- Branded Beginnings:
How to create and establish your brand and logo!
  • April 21 - Money Matters:
How to price your items to make money!
  • April 29 - Selling Online:
How to sell your items from home!
  • May 5 - Workshop:
Learn to set up items in your virtual store (pricing items, taking photos, and uploading information into your site)
  • May 12 - Vendor Mentors:
How to become a vendor for in-person craft shows!
  • May 19 - VIRTUAL - Stocking Up and Feeding Back:
Craft and chat with the other teen makers before the show!
