Join members of the Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism - Stratford Branch as they lead us through a demo of Taoist Tai Chi ® in the Library Garden. 

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in! 

After you've experienced it for yourself, you can also find out more about Fall Offerings at the local branch from our instructors.
