SPL is thrilled to bring back our popular Paws 4 Stories program! Children will have the opportunity to read to these adorable, non-judgmental listeners, and get some snuggles too.
Trained and certified therapy dogs will be available in the front garden area of SPL every Tuesday afternoon for children to read to them. Since this is a drop-in program, and there may be wait times to read to the dogs, staff will have activities available for children who are patiently waiting.
For all programs, children under age 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
