Join us for a night of building community... one move at a time. Drop-in and gather on the main floor of the library, where all ages come together to enjoy a chill night of playing chess. 

Library Assistant extraordinaire and chess enthusiast, Isaac, will be on site offering tea to participants, as well as his knowledge and enthusiasm. Let him know at the front service desk once you've arrived. 

Bring a board or use one provided by us. We even have a cool board built in the MakerSpace on the 3D printer.

Every Monday | 6:30-8:30 PM

Don't know how to play? Come along and we'll teach you! Geared to ALL AGES -- seniors, youth & everyone in between (youth under 12 must be accompanied by adult).
