**NOW FULL** Brain Health Workshop for 50+

NOW FULL -- NON-REGISTRANTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND THIS PROGRAM  

Baycrest Academy is coming to SPL from Toronto to hold a special workshop for patrons aged *50+ who want to learn more about their brain health. 

1. We'll start with a dementia risk-reduction presentation.
2. Participants will participate in a brain health assessment, receive a personalized report, discuss the findings, and get advice on how to keep your brain healthy. 

**This workshop is exclusively designed for participants ages 50+. (Those ages 20-49 may participate in other Brain Health Workshops.)

Skills required: Basic computer knowledge, such as using a mouse and keyboard.

Two sessions for 50+ on Tuesday, Jan 13:

• 11:00 AM - 12:15 PM (NOW FULL)
• 1:00 - 2:15 PM (NOW FULL)
