"A bit of a dip into some interesting books": L.M. Montgomery, Ontario Reader

Montgomery is, of course, best known as the creator of beloved books, but she was also a self-professed "book drunkard," who read dozens of books each year. What did she read and when? Who wrote some of her favourite books? What kind of books was she buying, enjoying, and even celebrating or promoting?

Join Montgomery scholar, Emily Woster, to learn more about Montgomery as a reader in early 20th century Ontario.

This is a Zoom presentation; the link will be sent to registered participants via email just prior to the event.

Tuesday, November 27 | 7:00 - 8:00 PM
