There's so much more to physical health than lifting weights! Kitchen skills, appreciating nature, shared meals, vision care, and more! Led by local experts, this suite of October activities will have you moving and loving life!

  • Thursday, Oct 3, 10 & 17 | 10am-12pm | The Local Community Food Centre 
    Boost Your Brain Brunch with Chef Lucy at The Local
    • Develop your kitchen skills, learn about nutrition, and share a meal (space is limited to 15 per workshop)
  • Saturday, Oct 5 | 10:30-11:30am | Library Auditorium 
    Foresight: Vision Care for Seniors, with Stratford Family Eyecare 
  • Saturday, Oct 5 | 2-3:15pm  
    Forest Bathing with Upper Thames Valley Conservation Authority on the TJ Dolan on John Street

The Library Auditorium is accessible via the main stairway or via the elevator located at the bottom of the ramp inside the St. Andrew St. entrance.
