Movement for the Mind
Join us at the Stratford Public Library for Tai Chi in the Auditorium! Led by members of the Fung Loy Kok Taoist Tai Chi in Stratford, this gentle movement helps with physical, mental and spiritual health, and is adaptable for any level of ability. A perfect way to find balance at the end of a week, in support of Mental Health Awareness Month.
