Crafting for a Cause
Hone your crafting and making skills while helping local charities! Each month features a different project for a different organization. Pick up your kit with all the supplies and tools from the library within one week of its availability. Then, return the tools and completed project in time for the next month's kit! Projects this round include heart fleece tie pillows and cat scratchers.
Kit Pick-Up Dates (Please retrieve kit within 7 days of its release):
- Thursday, July 18
- Thursday, August 15

Library Maker Crew
Help create our first ever Maker Fair full of stations to create technology, crafts, and more! Become an event coordinator apprentice to help plan, coordinate, and execute this program. Then, spend Saturday August 10th helping attendees enjoy the Maker Fair to the fullest.
Meetings:
- Fridays, July 5 & August 9 | 3:00-4:00 PM | via Zoom
- Pick up weekly kits of projects | Fridays, July 12, 19, 26, and August 2
- Maker Fair event: Saturday, August 10 | 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Writers in Residence
Embrace your inner writer and become a published author in our annual Forest of Words anthology. Whether you write essays, fiction, or poetry, we can help you achieve creative greatness!
